Rules to live an orderly life

Editor: Gov. Abbott signed Senate Bill 10 requiring the Ten Commandments be posted in every classroom. Obviously there had been some opposition from the separation crowd. The bill would not have succeeded but for an amendment that requires the state to address all challenges instead of individual school districts. Whoa! They intentionally created legislation that they knew would require taxpayer money to be spent on its continuing existence. How much will that cost?
