There are three guiding principles that a Floresville board, commission, or city council should follow, according City Attorney Daniel Santee. •The city charter •Code of ordinances and state law •Policies adopted by the entity. Santee provided this information during an Aug. 2 interactive workshop to ensure city policies are consistently being followed.
