East Central's Carrasco earns Master Trustee designation

East Central Independent School District (ISD) school board Vice President Emilio Carrasco has completed the Texas Association of School Boards’ (TASB) Leadership program and earned the distinguished Master Trustee designation — one of the highest honors in Texas school board service.
