ESD 4 launches telehealth to get appropriate care level

Wilson County Emergency Services District (ESD) 4 EMS professionals have a new tool in their box — or medical kit — that may save a patient a trip to a hospital. ESD 4 has begun using RightSite, a telehealth service that helps 911 callers obtain their appropriate level of care from their current location when an emergency room isn’t needed.
