ESD 3 proposes slight tax increase, OKs budget

Residents of eastern Wilson County may pay a little more to support emergency medical services (EMS) next year. Wilson County Emergency Services District 3 (ESD 3) is proposing a slight increase to it property-tax rate; the district provides EMS through Wilson County District 3 EMS to all of eastern Wilson County, including the cities of Stockdale and La Vernia, and the Kicaster and Sutherland Springs communities.
