St. Hedwig, Howard Energy Partners at odds over pipeline

[Video below] A recent “town hall”-type meeting Aug. 13, meant to provide answers for St. Hedwig residents regarding a new natural gas pipeline, has only seemed to raise more questions. Residents from St. Hedwig, as well as some from Guadalupe and Comal counties, filled the cafeteria of Tradition Elementary School in search of answers from Howard Energy Partners (HEP), who will build, own, and operate the pipeline.
