Falls City runners make high marks in Poth

The Falls City cross country program competed in the Poth cross country invitational Sept. 6 in Poth. Varsity The Falls City varsity boys placed four runners in the top 35 Saturday. The team is made up entirely of underclassmen, continuing to show great promise as they gain experience on the three-mile course. Freshman Brandon Banda led the way with a 10th-place finish in 18:52.7. Sophomore Gabe Liska followed close behind in 14th at 19:21.1.
