National Guard provides safety, security

Editor: Re: “Best use of the military” Sept. 3 I agree that the National Guard’s primary role should be as a reserve force for the active military and secondarily to provide vital support during emergencies. As to the writer’s contention that there are no emergencies in cities as ICE agents as well as ATF and FBI (perhaps other law-enforcement agencies) conduct raids to arrest criminal illegals, domestic criminals colluding with illegals, drug dealers, arsonists, and professional rioters setting fires in the streets by burning cars, tires, buildings, etc., he is trying to gaslight WCN readers with nonsense.
