Hospital district board to vote on property-tax rate

You can still offer your thoughts as the Wilson County Memorial Hospital District board — which governs Connally Memorial Medical Center in Floresville — prepares to set property-tax rates for the coming fiscal year. The hospital district board is set to meet this Thursday, Sept. 25, at 4 p.m., in the board room of the hospital at 499 10th St. (U.S. 181) in Floresville. The board will consider adopting a property-tax rate of 8.1788 cents per 0 of taxable property value; this is the same as the current rate.
