Falls City runners shine in Shiner

Falls City varsity cross country runners had a great show-out Sept. 27, during the Shiner meet at Green Dickson Park in Shiner. Even though a full team was not possible, with one teammate missing, that didn’t stop these athletes from making a statement on the course. The boys brought home three medals in their 5K run: Gabriel Liska, second, 19:06.73 Brandon Banda, fourth, 19:47.82 Brantley Buratovich, 13th, 22:32.70.
