Inclusive playground means play for all children

“I believe … that every child, regardless of ability, deserves a space to play, to laugh, to grow, and to feel that they belong,” Floresville Mayor Gloria Morales Cantu told community members at an Aug. 30 ceremony to open Floresville’s first all-inclusive playground. Located near the batting cages behind the Floresville Event Center, the playground is Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)- compliant.
