The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Abe Ray Herrera III, 59, of Sutherland Springs was originally sentenced in January 2024 to four years of deferred adjudication-community supervision for a charge of abandoning or endangering a child in criminal negligence, after allegedly putting two boys younger than 15 in imminent danger by running across a four-lane highway with them following him in September 2018.
