Don't rely on ballot language; do the research before voting

In only five weeks, Texas voters will have the opportunity to accept or reject 17 amendments to the Texas Constitution. I didn’t want to take a chance on trying to figure out the intent of each of these proposals based on ballot language (not recommended).
