Stockdale residents sound off on water concerns

[Video below] Stockdale residents filled the city’s community center Oct. 15 in search of answers from Springs Hill Special Utility District on a proposed permit to transport groundwater outside of Wilson County. The answers they received were not the ones hoped for. The water provider hosted the public meeting to address concerns of the community regarding its proposal to seek permission from the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District (UWCD) to transport groundwater.
