Free speech is not partisan, it's foundational

Editor: Recently, I participated in the “No Kings” protest in San Antonio. Like many others there, I oppose authoritarianism in all its forms, including the idea of any individual, Trump or otherwise, rising above democratic accountability. After the event, KLRN reported that a few MAGA supporters showed up with a sign that read, “Trump for King,” and that some protesters forcefully pulled it down.
