Mustangs fall short to Dilley Wolves

The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs battled hard Friday night, Oct. 24, but came up just short in a tough District matchup against the Dilley Wolves, falling by one touchdown in a 21–14 loss that dropped the Mustangs to 5–3 on the season. Despite flashes of offensive momentum and a gritty defensive effort, turnovers and missed opportunities proved costly for the Mustangs.
