Heather Tschoepe inducted into Phi Kappa Phi

Heather Tschoepe of Floresville was recently elected to membership in the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. She was initiated at Angelo State University. Membership to Phi Kappa Phi is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter.
