The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Vincent Ibarra, 43, of Floresville was indicted in May 2022 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, after an alleged incident in June 2021. A motion to dismiss was granted Oct. 14, due to new evidence showing he did not take or was not driving the vehicle. •Zachary Rogers, 27, of La Vernia pleaded nolo contendere (no contest) Oct. 14 to a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 or higher, after allegedly causing...
