AI data center is coming to Wilson County
Wilson County may be home to an AI data center in the near future. A renewable energy and data infrastructure project — called Misae Energy Hub — is aimed to be established on 2,742 acres near Stockdale, through a company called Misae Investments. The company’s website describes their expertise as developing “utility-scale solar parks, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and next-generation data centers” and “creating investment opportunities in critical infrastructure for the advancement of Artificial Intelligence and renewable energy.” The three-part infrastructure project includes: •“Mojo Solar” plus BESS SLF on 2,170 acres •Wilson BESS on 18 acres •500-megawatt Hyperscale Datacenter...
