Early voting concludes; Election Day is Nov. 4

Wilson County voter turnout continued to be light in the second week of early voting ahead of the Nov. 4 general and local elections. As of Friday, Oct. 31, a total of 2,391 ballots had been cast. Total ballots cast on: •Monday, Oct. 27— 224 •Tuesday, Oct. 28 — 208 •Wednesday, Oct. 29 — 251 •Thursday, Oct. 30 — 342 •Friday, Oct. 31 — 473.
