Stockdale welcomes Down and Out

April Gilchrist of the Stockdale Chamber of Commerce (right) welcomes Chef Nicholas Foreman of Down and Out, accompanied by his wife, Elizabeth, and their children, as Stockdale’s newest eatery opens Nov. 15 inside the Brahma Express on S.H. 123. Down and Out is open Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from noon to 9 p.m. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, including smash burgers and pulled pork.
