Floresville council to vote on $10 million infrastructure debt

The city will be taking next steps during the Floresville City Council’s Dec. 11 meeting towards taking on a million debt for water and sewerrelated projects. The council approved to pursue one or more series certificates of obligation Sept. 25, not to exceed million. What is it?
