Grizzlies Rookies celebrate season
The La Vernia Grizzlies Rookies Division celebrate a season to remember with a 6-2 record that took them to the first round of playoffs for the Texas Youth Football Association team. The Rookies faced the Brownsville Cowboys Nov. 15 in Round 1 but fell, 0-14. Congratulations on a season of great teamwork and sportsmanship that brought wonderful community spirit.
