Floresville takes action for the future
A new subdivision will take shape near Sud Daddee’z car wash in Floresville. The Floresville City Council approved the Arbor Fields Phase 1 preliminary subdivision plat for Lennar Homes during its Dec. 11 meeting. The Arbor Fields development — formerly Jalou Ranch — is 37.5 acres of a 123-acre property at 1508 U.S. 181 N., with 159 40x120-foot platted lots.
