Lonestar Greys donate toys to women's center
Allied Women’s Center volunteer Darlene Jimenez accepts toy donations Dec. 11 from Juan Ramirez (l-r) and Paul Ramirez, both formerly of Floresville, and Roy Taubert of Adkins for children of mothers served by the center. The men represent Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp 1953, the Texas Lonestar Greys, which delivered 75 toys to the center in San Antonio. The Allied Women’s Center provides guidance, solutions, and free resources to women with unplanned pregnancies.
