Wildcats Rookies, Juniors compete at State

The Floresville Wildcat program sent two of its teams — Rookies (9U) and Juniors (11U) — to the State Championships Dec. 14 at Texas State University in San Marcos. Both teams took on the Alamo City Colts Rookies and Junior teams and fought hard to the very end. It was not the ending Floresville had hoped for as they each ultimately fell short. Final scores were Rookies 14, Colts 24, and Juniors 10, Colts 26. The program celebrated their teams as the proud State runners-up in Division 2. Congratulations and great season, Floresville Wildcats!
