Dorothy Dunn celebrates a century of life

Surrounded by numerous friends and family, Floresville resident Dorothy Dunn celebrated her 100th birthday Dec. 13 at Church of Christ in Floresville. While Dorothy said she’s lived a “simple” life, it has been one filled with moments that bring her laughter and joy to this day. Dorothy was born in 1925 in Campbell, Texas, to James McDonald and Bonnie Steen McDonald. She was the third of eight children — five boys and three girls.
