The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Abe Ray Herrera III, 59, of Sutherland Springs was originally sentenced in January 2024 to four years each of deferred adjudication for two counts of abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence, after allegedly running across a four-lane highway with a child under the age of 15 following him, placing the child in imminent danger in September 2018.
