Venison in Beer Marinade makes a great winter meal

Tis the season — for wild game! Looking for a different take on how you prepare venison harvested by family or friends? Here’s a recipe from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, shared in the 1992 Country Secrets — Wild Game Cookbook by Texas Game Wardens. This was contributed by Mrs. F.E. Pritchett of Stephenville.
