Floresville woman arrested in 2024 pedestrian fatality
A Floresville woman has been charged in the 2024 death of a pedestrian. Victoria Ortiz, 33, of Floresville was arrested at a retail establishment on Dec. 17 by Floresville police on a warrant. Ortiz was the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban that struck pedestrian Virgil Harmon, 68, as he walked along the shoulder of 10th Street (U. S. 181).
