COURT UPDATE

The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Rafael L. Garcia, 60, of Floresville pleaded nolo contendere (no contest) Dec. 18 to one charge of sexual assault of a child and one count of sexual assault, for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 17 on or about May 17, 2010, and an alleged sexual assault on or about Dec. 2, 2010.
