Mustangs finish second at Nixon-Smiley Holiday tournament

The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs boys basketball team delivered a strong performance Dec. 19-20 during the Nixon-Smiley Holiday Tournament, finishing second overall after two days of competitive play. On day one, the Mustangs opened the tournament with a 56– 42 win over Jourdanton, setting the tone with defensive pressure and unselfish offense.
