Michael James Memorial event set for Jan. 31
The 10th annual Michael James Memorial is set for Saturday, Jan. 31, from 5-11 p.m. at The Copper Door wedding and event center in La Vernia. This annual fundraiser benefiting youth in La Vernia honors the memory of Michael James, a 1987 La Vernia High School alumnus who passed away in 2015. Organizers promise an unforgettable night of entertainment featuring Glen Templeton, a live auction, prize drawings for firearms and other great items, door prizes, and a spectacular fireworks show!
