Wilson County commissioner pleads guilty to deadly conduct charge

Wilson County Pct. 2 Commissioner Russell King has pled guilty to charges of deadly conduct. According to 81st Judicial District Attorney Audrey Gossett Louis, King pled guilty to the criminal offense Jan. 5, related to an incident in which he was alleged to have intentionally collided with another vehicle on C.R. 329 in Wilson County.  According to Louis, in exchange for a plea of guilty, King was placed on one year of probation, paid restitution to the victim in full, and submitted a written letter of apology to the victim.  As the offense did not involve his official duties, King...
