Mustangs finish non-District play strong with win over Hallettsville Sacred Heart

The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs closed out their non-District schedule on a high note Friday night, Jan. 9, defeating Hallettsville Sacred Heart by a final score of 67–35. Nixon-Smiley established control early through strong defensive pressure and efficient offense, forcing turnovers and converting scoring opportunities in transition. The Mustangs steadily built their lead throughout the game, creating separation with disciplined team basketball on both ends of the floor.
