FISD honors teachers, students of the month

Floresville Independent School District trustees (back) join Superintendent Jason Gilstrap (front, l-r) and Floresville Early Childhood Center Principal Diana Wagner in recognizing Tiffany Carmona as Teacher of the Month for Floresville Early Childhood Center, and Rylee Cantu and Aaron Hernandez as Students of the Month; they were joined by Floresville South Elementary Principal Monica Schlueter, and Resa Walters, who was recognized as Teacher of the Month for the elementary campus, during the presentation at the Jan. 5 board meeting.
