Pierdolla, Trevino request indictment quash; both denied

Two Wilson County officials were recently denied a motion to quash their indictments. County Auditor Brenda Treviño and Pct. 3 Commissioner Jeffery Pierdolla were indicted in August 2025 on multiple charges related to allegations of a false sales price on a vehicle title for a road grader sold by the county to Clinton Wyatt. Attorneys for Treviño and Pierdolla separately filed Dec. 29, 2025, for a motion to quash the indictments.
