The following defendant was among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Joseph A. Seale, 31, of La Vernia was originally sentenced in December 2022 to five years of deferred adjudication each for three counts of manufacture or delivery of between 1 and 4 grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, from alleged incidents in June, July, and November of 2021.
