Texas Federation of Republican Women taps Manen as district director at-large

Ruby Manen of Wilson County, currently Texas Federation of Republican Women district director for Senatorial District 21, was elected at the Texas Federation of Republican Women board meeting in Fort Worth Jan. 8-9 as a district director at-large. Her new role is to represent all Senatorial District Directors to the federation’s executive committee.
