DarkSky Texas: Wise lighting enhances safety, benefits people and wildlife

The Wilson County Beautification Association welcomed Cindy Luongo Cassidy, president of DarkSky Texas, at a WCBA Speaker Forum on Jan. 15 at Rabel’s Roadhaus BBQ in La Vernia.
