Tune in to Telemundo news on Wednesday, Feb. 4, to catch local Apple Pie and Salsa author Julia Castro of Floresville. The San Antonio news station will air a feature about Castro during the newscasts that evening at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Castro penned the popular “Apple Pie and Salsa” column in the Wilson County News from 2008-2022.
