Tiger powerlifting captures first place

The Floresville Tigers powerlifting team continued its strong season Feb. 12 by capturing 1st place at its third meet, finishing as team Champions with 65 points. In the 114-lb. weight class, Ethan Larson placed 3rd and Jack Zarosky placed 2nd. In the 132-lb. division, Gavin Rohmer placed 2nd and Logan Lewis placed 1st. At 148 lbs., Richard Villarreal placed 3rd and Joshua Martinez placed 1st. In the 165-lb. class, Cole Litchfield placed 4th, Daniel Schaefer placed 2nd, and William Rethaber placed 1st.
