Floresville welcomes City Manager Andrew Munoz

Andrew Munoz has joined the City of Floresville as the new city manager. Munoz officially took the helm Feb. 18, following more than a year with Interim City Manager Monica Veliz in the role. Originally from Abilene, Munoz was raised to value hard work, accountability, and treating people with respect. Munoz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from St. Mary’s University. His career includes more than 25 years of public service across Texas and leadership roles including assistant city manager and interim city manager of Weslaco.
