Early voting garners interest in Wilson County

Early voting concluded Feb. 27 for the March 3 Republican and Democratic party primary elections. As of Friday, Feb. 27, a total of 5,928 ballots had been cast. A total of 4,322 ballots were cast for the Republican Party and a total of 1,606 ballots were cast for the Democratic Party.
