The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Diego Amezquita, 24, of Floresville was originally sentenced in September 2025 to six years of community supervision for each charge for evading arrest or detention with a motor vehicle and a charge of possession of a prohibited weapon, after an alleged incident in July 2024. After a Feb. 17 motion to revoke for violating his probationary terms, he pleaded “true” to the original charges and was sentenced to five years for each in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice facility, to be...
