Floresville Council honors Madison Harden

Floresville High School senior Madison Harden (center) is honored with a plaque from the Floresville City Council March 12 for her generous efforts to ensure children and families in the community have winter coats, through her “Maddie’s Closet” project, which she started during her eighth-grade school year in the Floresville Independent School District. Joining Madison are (l-r) Councilmen Felix Cantu, Frances Flores, Mayor Gloria Morales Cantu, and Councilman Marissa Ximenez.
