The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Anthony Quiles Encarnacion, 24, of Killeen was indicted Feb. 6 on a charge of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and a charge of manslaughter, after allegedly operating a vehicle in July 2025 while intoxicated and caused the death of another by accident or mistake, by driving at a high rate of speed and or losing control of the vehicle and overcorrecting.
