Wilson County Sheriff's Office investigates illegal tire dumping in Helton Nature Park

Tires. Hundreds of them. They litter the banks of the San Antonio River under a bridge in Helton Nature Park on F.M. 775 northwest of Floresville. And no one seems to know how they got there. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating illegal tire dumping reported near Helton Nature Park, according to the department’s public information officer, Deputy Skylar Dailey. As of press time March 16, no suspect had been identified.
