When Lisa Winslow and her family moved to the Stockdale area in 2019, she never imagined that her peaceful, quiet home would become the neighbor of a massive industrial project. What was once land holding cattle pastures and abundant wildlife is now “ground zero” of the Misae Energy Hub — a proposed AI data center, solar farm, and gas plant — with which the Winslows share a property line.
