Stockdale ISD trustees call for May 2 election on $10.5M bond

Stockdale voters will go to the polls May 2 to decide if they want to support a bond package for the Stockdale Independent School District. The district board of trustees approved, in a 6-1 vote on Feb. 9, to call for a .5 million bond election. If approved, the package will include a new 10,000-square-foot wing at the elementary campus with classrooms, meeting spaces, and restrooms, as well as a new engineered metal building for a band hall.
